Sales Performance
- Meet and exceed monthly conversion and retention goals
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline activity
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence (calls, texts, emails)
- Overcome objections and guide clients to confident decisions
Client Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, professional, and reassuring experience
- Educate potential clients on the process without giving legal advice
- Ensure all client information is accurately captured and documented
Systems & Coordination
- Input and manage all leads in CRM (e.g., CasePeer or similar)
- Coordinate with attorneys and case managers for case onboarding
- Ensure all required documents are obtained and properly uploaded
- Maintain organized and accurate records at all times
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years in sales, intake, or customer conversion roles (legal or high-ticket sales preferred)
